Spec. Dt. İlker Burgaz, an eminent Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgeon, was born in Sakarya in 1989. He embarked on his dental journey at Yeditepe University, graduating in 2011. His pursuit of specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery led him to Medipol University, where he excelled as the 16th in the DUS exam. In 2017, he achieved the esteemed title of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

A member of prestigious organizations like the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS), the European Association for Cranio Maxillo Facial Surgery (EACMFS), and the Turkish Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (TAOMS), Spec. Dt. Burgaz is recognized for his expertise internationally. Fluent in English, he is committed to continuous learning, regularly attending national and international courses and congresses in his field.

His specialties include implant surgery and orthognathic surgery. Notably, Spec. Dt. Burgaz has been honored with the EACMFS Hugo Obwegeser Scholarship in 2017 and the KLS-Martin Group Fellowship in Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery from IAOMS for 2018-2019, reflecting his dedication and excellence in his field.
